Great company and controllers

I've asked for refund the controller does not set on to tv there seems a piece missing I've waited for reply for refund and address to send it back but no reply please respond

Customized order came as i wanted it. The SHIFT paddles aren't sensitive as some claimed to be. The short hair triggers i wanted are very responsive and quick. Love the buy, well worth it. Going to get Series X version whenever i get one

Got the insurance on the sticks but one of the buttons is already sticking

The controller feels great. played game last night and my response time was amazing. every detail from the hairpin triggers to the joysticks on the controller was spot on I couldn’t ask for a better controller. I Will definitely be ordering from you again.

The 1 handed controller is an absolute game changer! I now have amazing stats on COD! Absolute must if you only have 1 hand!

The controller is very cheap feeling, not worth the price at all. I don't like that there is no rumble/vibration or whatever, for that price it should have at least had that. I regret purchasing this controller, and I am very unsatisfied with it.

Took about a month to actually receive it. But I can gladly say that I am happy with the product.
